By using Outgrow, you acknowledge that engaging in any exercise or fitness programme carries potential risks of physical injury. You agree to use the platform at your own risk and discretion.

Outgrow and its fitness advisers do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Before beginning any new fitness programme, you should consult with a qualified healthcare professional to evaluate any personal health risks. 5. Limitation of Liability

Outgrow and its advisers, employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcomes resulting from actions taken based on information provided through the app. This includes, but is not limited to, claims of personal injury, death, or property damage. By using Outgrow, you release, indemnify, and hold harmless Olie Socials Ltd, its advisers, and agents from any and all claims arising from your use of the platform.

Individual results vary. Outgrow does not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of its services. Users are solely responsible for their own health, safety, and well-being when engaging in fitness or exercise activities.

Plans:

  • Outgrow offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Yearly subscriptions are provided at a discounted rate.

  • Free trials are not available; however, limited app functionality may be explored before subscribing.




Payments:

All payments are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to these platforms' terms and conditions.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Users may cancel subscriptions via the platform used for registration. Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective platform.

Refunds for partially used subscriptions are not provided.

8. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and use.

  • Use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Avoid sharing proprietary content or account access with others.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

9. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through the platform they subscribed from. Refunds for cancellations will adhere to the terms set by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If these Terms are amended in a way that materially disadvantages users, cancellation may be made without penalty.

10. Force Majeure

Outgrow shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or governmental actions. Users will be notified of any disruptions and provided updates on service restoration.

Outgrow reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of Outgrow following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
